Proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en la educación inicial desde entornos virtuales, a partir de un software educativo

Abstract

El presente trabajo se desarrolló en base a las necesidades detectadas en los niños del nivel inicial, durante la crisis del COVID-19, quienes se vieron obligados a permanecer en casa, debido al cierre de las instituciones educativas, aspecto que cambió su metodología de enseñanza, siendo la virtualidad el medio de aprendizaje, con el apoyo de los padres, que se convirtieron en los responsables del proceso de enseñanza de sus hijos, sin tener ningún conocimiento de educación inicial. En este tiempo de pandemia se observan dificultades que han presentado los niños de estudio en lo referente al aprendizaje, obteniendo resultados bajos y poco relevantes, es por esta razón, que se creó un software educativo que permita una interacción y que capte la atención necesaria para adquirir nuevos conocimientos. Para cumplir con lo establecido, fue necesario el asesoramiento por parte de los docentes de las carreras de Educación y Sistemas a los padres de familia quienes, con los diseños del software educativo elaborados para niños del nivel inicial, encontraron nuevas formas de afrontar la crisis educativa y se dieron soluciones a través de este material digital. Finalmente se aplicó una encuesta a los padres, relacionada con el uso del software como estrategia metodológica para el aprendizaje en sus hijos, en donde se obtuvieron resultados favorables. ABSTRACT The present work was developed based on the needs detected in the children of the initial level, during the COVID-19 crisis, who were forced to stay at home, due to the closure of educational institutions, an aspect that changed their teaching methodology, being virtuality the means of learning, with the support of parents, who became responsible for the teaching process of their children, without having any knowledge of initial education. In this time of pandemic, difficulties that the study children have presented in relation to learning are observed, obtaining low and not very relevant results, it is for this reason that educational software was created that allows interaction and captures the necessary attention to acquire new knowledge. In order to comply with the established, it was necessary to provide advice from the teachers of the Education and Systems careers to the parents who, with the designs of the playful educational software developed for pre-school children, found new ways to face the crisis educational and solutions were provided through this digital material. Finally, a survey was applied to parents, related to the use of software as a methodological strategy for learning in their children, where favorable results were obtained.
