This study aims to analyze how The Game of Theory can be used as a theoretical benefit to explain how and in what situations the mediation will be the most effective method of conflict resolution. The evolution of game theory demonstrated its application in some fields, especially in the study of conflict and the behavior of those involved. The study of this theory and its application in conflict mediation will appear if in situations involving continuous relationships, the cooperative behavior ensures the maximization of mutual gains as the best strategy.
