If health is a bridge to peace, resentment is like a disease that prevents peace. Controlling, reducing, and curing resentment as a serious obstacle to peace and morality is one of the goals of this article. The present study is considered a qualitative study. In order to answer the research questions, documentary and library methods have been used in data collection and conceptual analysis method has been used in data analysis. The most important therapeutic strategies in the individual dimension are: psychological, counseling and psychotherapy strategies, strengthening religious beliefs and faith and correcting religious beliefs, emotional training of individuals and nurturing and strengthening love and affection, awareness. Participate and intensify awareness and strengthen critical thinking. Therapeutic strategies in the social dimension include: strengthening relationships based on love, kindness, respect and acceptance of others, promoting a culture of dialogue in society and recognizing others, transparency in society, reforming defective social structures that lead to anger.
