This article consists of a case study analyzed in class, which is part of an ongoing-research work on performative projects. The starting point is the feasibility study of a high standard commercial building for the city of Porto Alegre to understand the relationship between projected object and place. Thus, the objective is to associate the use of computational tools with the teaching of performative architecture and urbanism design, assessing their impacts on the development of higher performance buildings, even at the initial design stage. The case study is developed through three proposals of morphological compositions, aiming to predict effects on the surroundings and on the building itself by using BIM software. The conclusion highlights the design process through dynamism, integration, and precision, comprising decided choices for its development at the final stages.
