Application research of the small private online course combined with mentorship teaching mode based on operating room nursing practice guidelines in standardized training for newly recruited nurses (基于手术室护理实践指南的小规模限制性在线课程结合导师制带教模式在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用研究)
Abstract
Objective This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of combining small private online course (SPOC) with mentorship teaching in standardized training for newly recruited operating room nurses, based on operating room nursing practice guidelines. Methods A convenience sample of 84 newly recruited nurses joining the rotating operating room at the hospital between July 2023 and June 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups, an observation group and a control group, each consisting of 42 people based on their time of entry. The control group underwent training in a traditional teaching approach, whereas the observation group received training through a SPOC combined with mentorship following the operating room nursing practice guidelines. Following the conclusion of the training program, an evaluation was conducted to assess the training impact both subjectively and objectively. This involved assessing the clinical comprehensive ability score of the newly recruited nurses, job satisfaction of operating room doctors and senior nurses working with the newly recruited nurses, and the evaluation score of the clinical training effect for the newly recruited. Results Newly recruited nurses in the observation group exhibited significantly higher assessment scores, clinical nursing comprehensive ability scores, satisfaction with operating room doctors and senior nurses, and clinical training effectiveness scores compared to those in the control group(P<0. 01). Conclusion The utilization of a SPOC combined with a mentorship model rooted in operating room nursing practice guidelines can enhance the theoretical and operational skills of newly recruited nurses, improve their overall clinical competence, and lead to high job satisfaction. It is advantageous to promote and implement in the operating room. (目的 探讨基于手术室护理实践指南的小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)结合导师制教学模式在手术室新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 便利抽样选取医院手术室 2023年7月—2024年6月新入职轮转手术室的84名新入职护士作为研究对象, 按入科时间分为观察组42人和对照组42人。对照组采用常规带教模式培训, 观察组采用基于手术室护理实践指南的SPOC结合导师制带教模式。两组培训结束后, 通过成绩考核的形式对培训效果进行主观与客观评价, 并对新入职护士的临床综合能力评分、手术室医生及高年资护士对新入职护士的工作满意度、新入职护士对临床培训效果评价得分进行对比分析。结果 观察组新入职护士考核成绩、临床护理综合能力评分、手术室医生及高年资护士满意度和临床培训效果评分均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论 基于手术室护理实践指南的SPOC结合导师制带教模式有助于提高新入职护士的理论和操作成绩, 提高临床护理综合能力, 具有较高的满意度, 值得在手术室中推广应用。)
