Analisa Investasi Investor pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk pada Era Industri 4.0

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the company's fundamental analysis and predictions regarding the decision to invest in PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. in the industrial era 4.0. This case study research was conducted using data collection techniques obtained from the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur from IDX.com. Then it was analyzed using fundamental ratio analysis, bankruptcy analysis, discounted cash flow, and sensitivity analysis. The analysis used is the Liquidity Ratio, Leverage, Market Value by analyzing the Price to Earning and EV / EBITDA ratio. In predicting the potential for bankruptcy in the future, the researcher uses the Altman z score, which indicates that the company is in a safe zone. In addition, the discounted cash flow (DCF) which has been analyzed shows that the company is in the fairly good category. Researchers used DCF on the Net Present Value in the assessment of the pessimistic sensitivity analysis, which results also showed that the company was eligible to be selected in an investment decision in the industrial era 4.0. In addition, it is strengthened by the results of the optimistic Net Present Value which is much greater than the pessimistic Net Present Value.
