Abstract

Research, development, innovation and technology transfer is the key in getting more accelerated high economic competitiveness of Romania. Regarding the financing of this sector in the context of economic crisis, the Sectoral Operational Programme “Increase of economic competitiveness” is available to institutes of research, development and innovation with “Priority Axis 2: Research, technological development and innovation for competitiveness”.
