PROCEDURAL ASPECTS OF URGENT SATISFYING TUTELAGE REQUIRED ON AN ANTECEDENT BASIS
Abstract
It is a study that analyzes the emergency tutelage of satisfying kind, in order to clarify how this kind of tutelage is regulated by the Civil Procedure Code of 2015, by differentiating it from other hypotheses of interim tutelage, identifying the requirements for its grant and, mostly exploring the procedural aspects of urgency satisfying tutelage required in antecedent character.
