Architecture as life

Abstract

I think that technology, technique, is something that always goes hand in hand with architecture and society, when architecture is finally a building. It’s something material, physical and I believe that technology must be seen as something that constantly accompanies architecture and not as something that may save architecture today or tomorrow. For this reason, I believe that once again, as always, as yesterday, as today and as tomorrow, architecture is life. I think we must work at every scale and intellectually design at the same time, in order to respond to specific complexities. Understanding the scale in which one is working is very important, but the principles of design are always the same.
