Achievement of sustainable development of the Murmansk region non-diversified settlements

Abstract

Some questions related with development and implementation of the sustainable development strategy of territories including non-diversified settlements have been considered. It has been proposed to use the regional indicators array developed with the consideration of non-diversified settlements specific for solving the problem of territories sustainable development. The balanced scorecard system is taken as the base methodology. The current situation in the non-diversified settlements of the Murmansk region has been analyzed. The map of strategic development of the non-diversified settlements of the region has been formed. В статье рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с разработкой и реализацией стратегии устойчивого развития территорий, включающих монопрофильные поселения. Для решения проблемы достижения устойчивого социально-экономического развития территорий предлагается использовать комплекс региональных индикаторов, разработанный с учетом специфики монопрофильных поселений. В качестве базовой методологии принята система сбалансированных показателей. Проанализирована текущая ситуация в монопрофильных поселениях Мурманской области. На основании проведенного исследования сформирована карта стратегического развития монопрофильных поселений региона
