METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TOWARDS THE ASSORTMENT MANAGEMENT IN PHARMACEUTICAL ORGANIZATION OF FAR EAST
Abstract
The article presents the results of complex marketing analysis of regional pharmaceutical market. To conduct this study we have chosen a method of matrix adjustment of competitor chart of the market and the efficiency of marketing by the values of arrays. The results of the study conducted allowed choosing a pharmaceutical organization with more optimized competitive position and using it for further estimation of economical and mathematical model of chosen competitive strategy efficiency.
