Léopold Sédar Senghor et le français africanisé
Abstract
It happens that the French language cannot express all the realities lived by its various speakers. This is the reason why, some reinvent and create each day adequate French language for different Francophone situations or contexts. Léopold Sédar Senghor is being one of the precursors to have introduced new terms into the French language making of this an Africanized-French. According to him, this kind of French is the language of the Civilization of the Universal. Our study tries to apprehend what are the reasons for choosing Africanized-French, and to show that this undoubtedly makes part of the Francophone concept.
