TO THE QUESTION OF THE FORMATION OF THE «CAUCASIAN ISSUE» IN RUSSIA (ON MATERIALS OF THE I - III STATE DUMAS OF THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the formation of the «Caucasian issue» in Russia in the early twentieth century. The author discusses a range of issues related to the speeches of the deputies of the first three state Dumas who represented the Caucasus, as well as the promotion of Caucasian subjects in the framework of the Russian Parliament.
