The article shows the own clinical case of successful treatment of fulminant acute hepatitis B with glucocorticoids and nucleoside analogues. The peculiarity of the case turned out pulmonary aspergillosis to develop, which required surgical treatment. Taking into account the disappearance of the antigen markers of hepatitis B, appearance of anti-HBs seroconversion in high titer (in 6 and 12 months), the female patient as a convalescent of acute hepatitis B, was removed from the dispensary.
