Comprendre le parcours de soins des enfants sans logement sous le prisme de leur parcours résidentiel
Abstract
In Paris region, welfare hostels are mobilized by associations to accommodate families, mainly migrants with children under the age of 6. At this age, the child requires regular care follow-up with pediatric professionals. We assume this follow-up to be dependant on the residential mobility inherent in the hotel accommodation system. The purpose of this article is to recreate the residential journey of families and the healthcare pattern of their children and to understand how the former influence the latter. The demonstration is based on 18 spatial biographical interviews carried out between 2013 and 2016 with homeless families sheltered in Paris region.
