A new Schiff base ester, 4-{[(4-fluorophenyl)imino]methyl}-3-hydroxyphenyl 4-(hexadecanoyloxy)benzoate was synthesized and its IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and EI-MS spectroscopic data are presented.
