MANAGING THE ORGANIZATION'S BUSINESS PROCESSES TO OPTIMIZE PERSONNEL COSTS IN THE CONTEXT OF A PANDEMIC

Abstract

The article describes in detail the concept of business processes of an organization, identifies and describes the relationship of structural divisions of any organization with the work ofpersonnel. The structure of business process optimization is considered, and the symptoms of violation of the integrity of the relationships of the company's structural divisions, leading to a decrease in business activity, are disclosed in detail. The article describes the existing types of business processes and analyzes the importance of each in accordance with the integrity of the company. The main solutions for optimizing managerial business processes in the context of the modern pandemic are proposed.
