Abstract
This essay centers in motivation as a fundamentalaspect of learning and in the double waysense that this relation must have. It defines theword “motivation” and the manner how relationshipbetween students and teachers comeabout in the game of helping out or reducemotivation, and thus learning. It also definesthe reason why teachers must help build up theso called “intrinsic motivation”, ending with theimportance this has and how it can be achieved
