IMPROVEMENT OF THE LARGE ENERGY COMPANY CONTROL SYSTEM WITH INTRODUCTION OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT MODEL

Abstract

This article analyzes the existing scheme of the energy company management which gives the chance to draw a conclusion on inexpediency of the organizational structure maintenance. An innovative management model that allows in the short term to achieve production without losses is proposed. The method of introduction of management model is developed.
