Treatment of dental hypersensitivity in periodontal disease, the prevalence of which is almost 94%, is the urgent problem of dentistry. Current treatments of hyperesthesia of hard dental tissues based on the ability of enamel and dentin remineralization. Due to the search for new effective treatments for this pathology in patients with periodontal diseases determine the relevance of the chosen topic. The scientific article presents a differentiated approach of the treatment of hypersensitivity of dental hard tissues in 102 patients who appeared on the background of periodontal disease by the use of drugs for remineralization of enamel and deep fluoridation depending on the course hyperesthesia in generalized periodontitis (no recession and recession of the gums) and group belonging teeth (front and side) and general purpose calcium containing drug action and timing of their application. The main group - 52 patients with hypersensitivity of generalized periodontitis treatment which was carried out by the proposed methods. In front of hyperesthesia, without gum recession - used drugs for remineralization of tooth enamel, multiplicity 2 times a year; recession of the gums - a combination of drugs used for remineralization of enamel and tooth neck deep fluoridation multiplicity 2 times a year. At the side of hyperesthesia, without gum recession - used drugs for remineralization of tooth enamel, multiplicity 1 times per year; recession of the gums - a combination of drugs used for remineralization of enamel and tooth neck deep fluoridation multiplicity 1 times a year. According to the testimony prescribed calcium containing drugs in the dosage according to the manufacturer's instructions for patients aged 50 years and postmenopausal women. Admission of drugs was under the supervision of the content of calcium in the blood and urine. The control group - 50 patients who had used traditional regimen increased tooth sensitivity (YA Fedorov, 1997), which included: general treatment - the appointment of calcium glycerophosphate for a month. Local treatment includes the application of phosphate toothpaste electrophoresis and 2.5% calcium glycerophosphate [7]. The results of treatment were assessed by dynamic changes in feelings of patients and clinical indices of intensity hyperesthesia of the teeth (IHE) code prevalence hyperesthesia of teeth (HE) test enamel resistance (TER-test), remineralization index (RI), before treatment, after 10 days and the remote term (1 month, 6 months, 1 year). According to the index of intensity and prevalence of dentin hyperesthesia proved their effectiveness in the near term (10 days) and remote (1 year) treatment time.
