THE SYSTEM COST-EFFECTIVE APPROACH TO THE TRAFFIC SAFETY OF TRAINS

Abstract

The traffic safety condition on Ukrainian railway transport is considered. The necessity of rational use of capital investments on improvement of engineered features of traffic safety, development of technical and economic evaluation methods of their introduction, and executors’ skills training is proved.
