THE USE OF AN ADAPTIVE APPROACH TO IMPROVE THE MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT OF THE FUNCTIONING OF ENTERPRISES OF THE CONSTRUCTION COMPLEX

Abstract

The management problems of construction enterprises are constantly changing over time, so there is a need for an adaptive approach. Using this approach provides an opportunity for a more proactive and collaborative approach during changes caused by construction problems. However, ignoring the numerous uncertainty management tools that are often available can distort management processes. Purpose: to determine the features of the adaptive approach in improving the mechanism of management of the functioning of enterprises of the construction complex. Method and methodology of the work: data collection, literature review. Results. Managers of construction organizations can significantly improve management efficiency by structuring adaptability, developing this approach and using it to improve the management mechanism. The results also show that managers of construction enterprises must take into account multiple forms of uncertainty in the options for the set goals. The scope of the results. The results of the article can be useful for managers of enterprises of the construction complex, as well as for specialists in construction project management.
