A Pessoa Humana e a sua Dignidade

Abstract

This article analyzes the signifi cance of the human person and his dignity. Human history records a signifi cant evolution to respect the human person and his dignity, despite being a result of slow progress and quick reversals.Th e result of revolutions waste and wars, slowly the individual as a human person and his dignity are being recognized by his peers and the State.Despite many omissions, the international community has taken positions in fa-vor of the person and dignity.
