In this study I think about the interrelation which should exist between ethics and technology, objectifying to focus the speech and the practice of the human care. I place the theme as contribution to the studies that search to understand the scientific and technological revolution in the service of the human care, to assure possibilities to save lives. Therefore, it is necessary we face the scientific progress so that the human values can have priority. The pos-modern nursing care encompass the linking among the machine, the science, and the heart, as well among the ethics – as group of norms – and the bio-ethics with existential focus. It is necessary to hear attentively, no that the ethic care can be recognized by the person who receives this care. I conclude that only the reflection on the values that promote the human being can build a human care which is able to guarantee comport and welfare proided by technology.
