This kind of documental source brings many dispositions about financing, types of letters and paper, inks, bindings, etc., essential to know the book editions. To obtain this objective we have used all the contracts preserved in the notarial records during this pe-riod, signed by the foreigners living in Salamanca, a collective that operated as the principal publisher of the city.
