This paper aims to describe and reflect about the experience of the Teaching Assistantship in the discipline of Social Psychology. There was a description, bringing the discussion of limitations and potencial brought by the experience. The exchange of experiences made possible and provided the growth and learning of all involved, the students, teachers and trainees. It is concluded that Teaching Assistantship experience offers the necessary training to holistic training of future professionals.
