The purpose of the study consisted in revealing the effects of strength physical exercises program in combination with vibration impacts of rotation type for the whole body upon strength capacities of young females. Based on researches of 38 healthy female 20-25 years old have been showed the effects of concomitant whole body vibration and physical exercises for eight weeks training (24 sessions) upon strength capacities and fatless body mass. The results showed the special effects of whole body vibration upon isometric, isokinetic, jumping strength and some characteristics of strength endurance in comparison with group without whole body vibration. There was significant increase of isokinetic strength endurance only. Augmentation of strength has been observed both in experimental and control group. However, in the group of female subjected to vibration stimulation of the whole body these effects have occurred faster and have been more expressed by the end of training program. Strength capacities were increased especially during the first 4 weeks of training and have occurred without any expressed augmentation of active body mass.
