Educació per a la utilització de fonts de qualitat : il·lusió o realitat

Abstract

The study begins with an examination of the world of information today. With the advent of fake news and the growing spread of misinformation, the study invites a reflection on whether it is possible to provide guidance for seeking out and using quality sources. The analysis is carried out from three perspectives: one, the search for information; two, the authors' proposal regarding the sources in the context of searching for information; and three, education in the context of information literacy. The study ends with the proposal to use these perspectives as a cyclical and convergent process that should begin at an early age and be continued over time, in order to inculcate informational skills that favour recognizing bias and avoiding misinformation.
