METHOD OF FORMING AND DEVELOPMENT LANDSCAPE BUSINESS PROCESSES IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Abstract

This paper studies the problem of modeling the landscape of business processes of an industrial enterprise, conditions of adaptation of common methods and tools for modeling of integrated high-tech processes in relation to domestic production as part of the transition from a functional to a process model of governance. Proposed solutions include the transition from the "production batch" for a "one-piece flow" design of hybrid production processes.
