A 58-year-old man presented with a nodule on his left heel for more than ten years. A soft demarcated dark red nodule, sized 1 cm x 1cm, was found on the left heel with peripheral brownish pigmentation. Dermoscopic examination showed a well-circumscribed dome-shaped nodule with centralized leaf-like vessels, surrounded by whitish halos. Pathological findings included protrusion of tumor mass from the epidermis into the dermis. The tumor cells were uniform in size, some of which were cuboidal, with dark basophilic round nuclei. The diagnosis of eccrine poroma, dermal duct tumor type, was confirmed. The lesion was completely excised, without recurrence.
