Transmission et apprentissage du métier de coureur cycliste
Abstract
The efficient specific capital in cyclist’s job is weakly codified, and the conditions of his acquisition are informal. The ways by which the young runners reach the job mobilize tacit entrance fees, and the acquisition of the professional knowledge makes a wide square for the apprenticeships “on the heap”. Based on interviews, this article returns on the methods of this apprenticeship and on the specific professional socialization which they underlie. The subject insists in particular on the idea that the transmission of the job joins in an economy of the exchanges between peers within the teams, where the oldest have the responsibility to train the newcomers.
