CO-PARTY VOLUNTARY INTERVENTION: FROM CO-PARTY ASSISTANCE TO THE ADMISSION BY LATER CLAIM JOINDER

Abstract

The article proposes an analysis on the co-party voluntary intervention through later claim joinder and the intensity of the logical bonds between the joinder claims. With these premises, are examined the hypotheses in which the system allows originary claim and party joinder (art. 113, CPC) to verify if these same hypotheses allow later joinder.
