Research status of treatment and nursing of urinary incontinence after stroke (脑卒中后尿失禁的早期治疗与康复护理现状)

Abstract

This article summarized the current situation of early treatment and rehabilitation nursing services for urinary incontinence after stroke in China. The main contents of the article included medication treatment and care, rehabilitation training, surgical treatment, Traditional Chinese Medicine intervention, skin care, psychological intervention, health behavior guidance. It is required to provide a comprehensive, targeted and early preventive medical care for patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence, which can effectively improve the success rate of early treatment and the quality of medical care services, but also enhance the quality of life of patients. (本文总结了国内脑卒中后尿失禁的早期治疗与康复护理服务现状, 主要内容包括药物疗法、康复训练、手术治疗、中医干预、皮肤护理、心理干预、生活指导等。脑卒中后尿失禁患者早期给予全面性、针对性以及预防性的治疗和护理, 能有效缓解患者症状, 在提高医疗护理服务质量的同时, 改善患者日常生活质量。)
