New records of two Nyssonini (Bembicinae: Crabronidae) species from Korea, with a key to higher taxa of Sphecidae s. lat. occurring in Korea

Abstract

Two Nyssonini (Bembicinae: Crabronidae: Apoidea) species, namely Nippononysson rufopictus and Nysson spinosus, are newly recorded in Korea. The genus Nippononysson is mentioned for the first time in Korean fauna. An updated determination key to Korean higher taxa of Sphecidae s. lat. reflecting the latest higher classification system is provided for future researchers.
