Technology of Producing Jacquard Hollow Fabrics and Fabrics of Double-Width One-and-a-Half- Layered Structure

Abstract

The work is devoted to the development of a technology for the manufacture of jacquard textiles of complex structures on a six-shuttle loom: hollow fabrics and double-width fabrics using a one-and-ahalf- layer weave with an additional weft. The sequence of the shuttles was investigated, which ensures the connection of the upper and lower fabrics at the two edges of the fabric with hollow structure and in one edge of the double-width fabric. The fabrics, which are designed on the basis of the structure of Slutsk belts and in accordance with the production requirements, make it possible to expand the range of souvenir textile products produced on a Mageba loom (Germany) at Slutsk Belts company. Работа посвящена разработке технологии изготовления жаккардовых текстильных изделий сложных структур на шестичелночном ткацком станке: полых тканей и двойной ширины с использованием в полотнах полутораслойных переплетений с дополнительным утком. Исследована последовательность прокладывания челноков, позволившая обеспечить соединение верхнего и нижнего полотен в двух краях поло- тен для полой ткани и в одном крае для ткани двойной ширины. Спроектированные на базе структуры слуцких поясов и в соответствии с требованиями производства ткани позволяют расширить ассортимент сувенирной текстильной продукции, производимой на ткацком станке фирмы Mageba (Германия) на РУП «Слуцкие пояса».
