The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of organizational socialization in supporting professional commitment in a sample of private colleges. This study also aims to provide clarification regarding both (organizational socialization and professional commitment) and the possibility of their application in the private higher education sector. The study was adopted To use the descriptive analytical approach, which is based on studying and describing changes, and in order to reach accurate results, then selecting a sample of private colleges and universities in Baghdad, and then distributing the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data, as the sample reached (180) employees working in private colleges and The program (Spss v.26 & Amos v.26) was adopted to analyze the data on the scientific side, and the research reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which was the existence of a significant role for the socialization variable in achieving support for organizational commitment.
