Evolution and content of the term oratorics

Abstract

The paper explains the relevance of the origin and evolution (from antiquity to the present days), the term oratorika (oratory), shows an understanding of the word in different periods of the history of science of the Russian language, explains the role and importance of oratory in the modern informational society.
