The Guestions of Ukrainistics, Bibliology, Publishing Deal and Bibliography were Highlighted on the Pages of the Journal "Nova Ukraina" (Prague, 1922-1928)

Abstract

For the first time it was reviewed and analyzed how the problems of Ukrainistics, bibliology and publishing were highlighted on the pages of the most important authority of Ukrainian emigration in Europe, the journal «Nova Ukraina» (Prague, 1922-1928). It is a depiction of the historical and cultural reality that was concealed and banned in the Soviet Ukraine. There was a powerful campaign against Ukrainian printed word under proclaimed slogans of building the Ukrainian culture. The floods of disorientation flowing from the pages of the Bolshevik press as a manifestation of the hybrid informational war. The system of topics structure within the journal, ads, bookselling catalogues. The situation of Ukrainian book-printing in emigration and propagation of the publishing activity.
