PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGY OF FORMATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE COMPETENCE OF FUTURE OFFICERS

Abstract

The article based on an analysis of various scientific sources, presented results of a study the problem of formation of administrative competence of future officers in the review of the educational technology as an algorithm of action to improve this phenomenon. The authors substantiate the relevance of this work, considering the results, analyze the opinions of scientific and pedagogical schools on this issue. On the basis of these conclusions are drawn, which can be used in educational practice of military high school.
