CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS OF JUSTICE IN CONTEMPORARY WORLD

Abstract

The present text is the written version of the Master Lecture given by the author at the Law School of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), as the opening activity of the second academic semester of 2019. This article contains five parts. The first is dedicated for the analysis of the challenges of justice; the second to the fundamental legal readings; thereafter, reflexions about justice in contemporary reality are proposed; then we presented the perspectives of the justice; and finally some final remarks are launched.
