This article explains some elements of the links between the contemporary historical culture and the necessity of training professors. The formation of the integral general culture of the students outlines the necessity of highlighting certain processes which act in the context in which the educational fact is unwrapped. These include the knowledge of the historical contemporary phenomena with an important ideological and political load and the new conceptions of teacher training to face with success the educational task from the historical culture upon the current reality.
