Blackout bombs
Abstract
The paper gives a short review of the Blackout Bombs and Soft Bombs used during the NATO aggression in FR Yugoslavia. The first part deals with the general characteristics of these bombs and their effects on the capacities of power utilities. The second part gives a review on research results, including the chemical, physical and electrical characteristics of fibers, used in the new generation of blackout bombs. The last part suggests the most successful ways for cleaning an safe deposit of fibers.
