Prevention and Control Technology of Rock Burst in Roadway Excavation in Irregular Remaining oal Pillar Area Adjacent to Goaf Side
Abstract
Aiming at the phenomenon of frequent occurrence of strong mine earthquakes and high risk of impact during the roadway excavation of irregular remaining coal pillar area adjacent to goaf side of the 7313 material road, the occurrence time, energy size and spatial location of strong mine earthquake events are determined based on field measurements and the theoretical analysis of microseisms. It is concluded that the irregular remaining coal pillar area, thick and hard overburden, excavation disturbance, and driving speed are the main factors inducing frequent occurrence of strong mine earthquakes during the roadway excavation. Combined with the geological conditions and the driving technology conditions of the 7313 material road, the comprehensive prevention and control measures for rock burst in the excavation roadway are carried out in accordance with the deep-hole blasting of the roadway head roof, the pressure relief of the roadway infill drilling, and the control of the driving speed. The measured microseismic results show that the prevention and control measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of strong mine earthquakes in the excavation roadway in the irregular coal pillar area adjacent to goaf side.
