Abstract

Este trabajo consta de tres apartados. El primero trata la visión de Wagner de la filosofía que le fue contemporánea. El segundo valora la audaz apuesta estética de Wagner como una filosofía de transformación. El tercero, atendiendo al libreto de El Anillo del Nibelungo, y centrándose en la figura de Wotan, profundiza en la noción de obra de arte total.Palabras clave: apolíneo-dionisiaco, obra de arte total, drama musical, ocaso de los dioses, redención por el amor.AbstractThis article consists of three sections. The first deals with Wagner’s overview of the philosophy that was contemporary to him. The second assesses Wagner’s bold aesthetic bet as a philosophy of transformation.
