Urban and intellectual aspects during the reign of Sultan Abi Amr Othman (d. 839-893 AH)

Abstract

The study of the important historical personalities in which the history of the Arab Islamic state was celebrated is a window through which we look to grope the most prominent civilized contributions made by these personalities, as well as studying the events that it embodied and modernized, especially in the history of the Islamic Maghreb that was celebrated by rulers and sultans who had great exploits in all The political and civilizational fields, hence my desire to write about one of the rulers of the Islamic Maghreb, who left a great impact upon assuming power, which is Sultan Abu Amr Othman Al-Hafsi Al-Hantati Al-Masmudi 839-893 in the city of Tunis in particular and the Islamic Maghreb in general.
