The development of materials with high electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is of great significance for reducing electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic radiation hazards.Para-aramid fabric was used as the matrix material, and the Ag/PANI/aramid electromagnetic shielding fabric with high electromagnetic shielding effectiveness was prepared by constructing polyaniline (PANI) nanowires and nano-silver on its surface. The presence of polyaniline nanowires not only increases the surface roughness of the aramid fiber surface, but also increases the fastness of the silver coating due to the synergistic interaction between polyaniline and silver ions. The results show that the prepared Ag/PANI/aramid electromagnetic shielding fabric has good electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, up to 61.0 dB, and the fabric still maintains good electrical conductivity and high electromagnetic shielding effectiveness after being washed and bent 1000 times. This confirms that the constructed Ag/PANI has good fastness. Furthermore, it has good heat resistance and corrosion resistance, which can be used in various harsh conditions, and has broad application prospects.
