In order to survive in today's competitive environment and to be long-term, companies need for continuous change and development. This need for change and development allows companies to reconsider their resources and to direct their structures to this dynamic process. Of these resources, undoubtedly the most important is the personnel. In particular, the criteria for personnel selection and the uncertainty of these criteria make the organisations seriously difficult to make decisions. In this context, multi-criteria decision-making is a decision-making system that helps us to eliminate a number of complexities in this process. In this study, the personnel selection process of a company that manufactures auto spare parts in the automotive supply industry has been examined. In this process, the VIKOR method was used to make the right choice among the candidates based on conflicting criteria, and fuzzy logic was used to make the results more reliable.
