CONTROVERSIAL ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT AND TREATMENT OF THE SYNDROME OF PULMONARY HYPERTENSION IN CHILDREN WITH BRONCHOPULMONARY DYSPLASIA

Abstract

This review presents the mechanisms of the development of pulmonary hypertension (PH) in children born prematurely with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), and with the haemodynamically significant functioning arterial duct. Described pathogenesis and symptomatic therapy approaches to PH, the possibility of its use in premature infants.
