The stage of colombia, judicial cooperation in criminal matters has been a prevailing need in transnational crime of undoubted international connotaciòn phenomena. Its has been identified in particular two flows occurring both in the Colombian armed conflict, over 4 decades of occurrence, as well as its relationship to the approximately 3 drug cartels decades of her appearance. In this context the judicial measures in particular assistance recìproca and the extradiciòn have been a basis to combat this type of crime huge international impact of the adoption of all the conventions and instruments adopted by the community of Nations, to combat this kind of criminal phenomena. Ultimately the current consequences reflect a State that makes consideration to jurisdicciòn to the international community, allowing internal flexibility of its principles in the search for effective solutions in this respect, without prejudice to their autonomy be seriously questioned that at the end and have a final solution of the problem.
