PACTO CONSTITUCIONAL E WELFARE STATE: anotações de sociologia constitucional brasileira

Abstract

It analyzes contractualism and its consequence impact in the liberal politic theory. It discusses the ‘welfare state’ as a mechanism of intervention in social matters. It is evaluated the political contractualism notion and the Providence – Sate in the Brazilian Constitutionalism. It is proposed reflections on the social fundamental rights, considering the Constitutional Pact of 1988.
